AirPure for Resin 3D Printers

Anycubic AirPure Resin is specifically engineered for the production of high-quality 3D printed models, focusing on user-friendliness and low odor emission. This resin offers an excellent balance of hardness and flexibility, resulting in functional parts that are robust enough for daily use without becoming brittle. With its high detail resolution, it is perfectly suited for fine structures and complex geometries. The AirPure is compatible with most LCD/DLP resin printers operating at wavelengths between 355 nm and 405 nm. It features low viscosity, ensuring rapid refilling and superior self-leveling properties. This resin is particularly suitable for printing miniature figures, intricate jewelry pieces, engineering prototypes, and dental models. Due to its chemical composition, careful post-processing is essential. A curing time of approximately 2 to 4 seconds per layer is recommended (depending on printer intensity), followed by post-curing in a UV chamber and cleaning with isopropyl alcohol. Safety notes: Always wear nitrile gloves, safety glasses, and work in a well-ventilated area to prevent skin contact and inhalation of fumes.
