The Anycubic Photon Mono M7 resin is a high-quality standard formulation specifically engineered for the precise requirements of modern LCD 3D printers. Offering a balance of hardness and slight flexibility, this resin provides an excellent mix of stability and impact resistance, making it ideal for versatile applications. It features extremely high detail resolution, rendering even the finest structures and textures sharply, making it the perfect choice for detailed miniatures, jewelry, and dental applications. Furthermore, it meets engineering standards through good mechanical properties. Optimized for printing wavelengths around 405 nm, the resin exhibits low viscosity, ensuring rapid recoating and consistent layer formation. Cure time per layer is efficient, ranging from 1.5 to 3 seconds depending on exposure settings. Safety is prioritized: while the material is low-odor, handling requires nitrile gloves, safety glasses, and adequate ventilation. Post-processing is straightforward; printed objects are cleaned in isopropyl alcohol and must be subsequently fully cured under UV light (e.g., in a curing chamber) to achieve maximum strength and chemical resistance. It is not compatible with DLP printers but is designed exclusively for LCD/MSLA printers like the Anycubic Photon series.
