The printed models feature excellent surface hardness, making them stable and resistant to mechanical stress, while retaining slight flexibility to minimize breakage. Thanks to precise LCD exposure technology, even the finest structures are rendered sharply, whether for miniatures, jewelry design, or dental models. For curing, a wavelength of 405 nm is recommended, with a layer time of approximately 1 to 3 seconds, depending on the specific resin used. Applications range from detailed architectural models and functional engineering prototypes to high-quality jewelry pieces. Caution is required when handling the resin: always wear gloves and safety goggles, and work in a well-ventilated area, as chemical fumes can be irritating. Post-processing includes washing in isopropyl alcohol to remove excess uncured resin, followed by final UV curing to ensure the models achieve their ultimate strength and stability.
