Asiga PlasPINK is a premium standard photopolymer resin engineered for precision applications in dental modeling and engineering. This resin stands out for its exceptional detail resolution, allowing for the fabrication of intricate structures with sharp edges and smooth surfaces. Offering a hardness that ensures stable handling without excessive brittleness, PlasPINK is highly versatile. It is ideal for creating casting models in dentistry, highly detailed miniatures, and fine mechanical prototypes. The resin is optimized for a wide range of DLP and LCD printers utilizing wavelengths between 385 nm and 405 nm. Post-processing is straightforward: models can be cleaned in isopropyl alcohol and then fully cured with UV light (approx. 405 nm). Its low viscosity ensures rapid, bubble-free filling of the resin vat. Safety Note: Always wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses when handling, and ensure adequate ventilation, as the resin may cause skin irritation.
