Asiga SuperWAX Resin Natural 500 g is a premium standard formulation specifically engineered for the precise production of wax patterns in industrial and jewelry applications. This photopolymer resin distinguishes itself through excellent detail resolution, reliably capturing even the finest filigree structures and complex geometries. Its mechanical properties are tailored for the investment casting process: the material offers sufficient hardness to ensure stability during handling, yet possesses enough flexibility to prevent the snapping of thin sprues. The viscosity is optimized to facilitate rapid and bubble-free layer formation on the build platform, significantly enhancing print quality. This resin is designed for use with DLP and LCD printers operating in the 385 nm to 405 nm wavelength range and demonstrates excellent compatibility with Asiga systems. Primary applications include the manufacturing of dental models, jewelry prototypes (casting), miniatures, and complex engineering parts intended for subsequent Lost Wax processing. Regarding safety, users should note that the material may cause skin and eye irritation; therefore, gloves, safety glasses, and adequate ventilation are mandatory. Post-processing is straightforward: after printing, parts should be cleaned in isopropyl alcohol. A key advantage is its complete burnout in the furnace without leaving residue, which is essential for achieving clean casting results in metal casting.
