Formlabs Clear Cast Resin is a high-quality 3D printing resin solution designed for applications requiring optical clarity and toughness. This resin mimics the properties of ABS plastic, offering an excellent balance of hardness and flexibility, making it resistant to breakage. With fine detail resolution, it is ideal for intricate models and precise components. It is compatible with Formlabs SLA printers such as the Form 3, Form 3B, Form 3L, and Form 2. After printing, the resin requires post-curing with UV light to achieve its final mechanical properties. Suitable applications include miniatures, dental models, jewelry prototypes, and engineering parts. Safety notes: Wear gloves and safety glasses when handling, and work in a well-ventilated area as the resin can cause skin irritation. Post-processing involves washing in isopropyl alcohol and removing support structures.
