With a Shore D hardness of approximately 80 and an increased modulus of elasticity, this material mimics the mechanical properties of ABS plastic. It is ideal for functional prototypes that must withstand stress, as well as detailed models in engineering. The resin's resolution allows for precise prints with fine details, making it suitable for dental and jewelry applications. This resin is specifically designed for Formlabs SLA printers in the Form 3, Form 3B, and Form 2 series. After printing, the material requires thorough cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and UV curing (405 nm) to achieve its final mechanical properties. Safety notes: Always wear gloves and safety glasses when handling, and work in well-ventilated areas. The resin is not suitable for food contact or prolonged exposure to water. Post-processing includes removing support structures and optional polishing for a clear, transparent finish.
