The Phrozen Detail Character Starter Kit Resin is a premium standard formulation specifically engineered for creating ultra-high-detail models. Featuring excellent hardness and stiffness, this resin ensures dimensionally stable parts while retaining slight flexibility to prevent breakage on fragile structures like weapon tips. Its standout feature is exceptional resolution, capturing even the finest facial expressions and textures on miniatures with crystal clarity. Optimized for 405 nm DLP and LCD printers, particularly the Phrozen Sonic series, it offers ideal viscosity for consistent layer adhesion. Curing times are efficient, typically starting around 2-5 seconds per layer depending on printer intensity. It is perfectly suited for tabletop miniatures, dioramas, and precise jewelry prototyping. While a standard resin, it is not intended for medical or dental applications. Safety precautions include working in a well-ventilated area and wearing nitrile gloves and eye protection. Post-processing is straightforward: wash prints in high-purity isopropyl alcohol (95%+) and ensure thorough post-curing under UV light (e.g., in a curing chamber) to achieve maximum mechanical strength.
