The Phrozen 16K LCD Upgrade Kit for the Sonic Mighty Revo elevates your 3D printing results to a completely new level. While this is primarily a hardware upgrade, it is designed to fully exploit the potential of standard resins. Standard resins used in combination with this kit benefit from extremely high detail resolution enabled by the 16K monochrome LCD. These resins typically offer high hardness and rigidity with low flexibility, making them ideal for models requiring dimensional stability. The resolution of 22 µm pixel size allows for the representation of the finest structures, textures, and details in the fields of miniatures, dental modeling, and jewelry design that are often lost with conventional printers. In engineering and technology, highly precise prototypes and functional components with smooth surfaces can be created. Post-processing requires washing in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and subsequent curing with UV light (365-405 nm) to finalize the mechanical properties. Safety precautions such as wearing gloves, safety glasses, and working in well-ventilated areas must be strictly observed even when using standard resins. Thanks to the improved exposure time of the new kit, layers are cured faster and more evenly, significantly increasing printing efficiency.
