Phrozen Engineering High Temp TR250LV Resin is a high-quality, specialized 3D printing resin developed by Phrozen EU, designed for demanding technical applications. This resin stands out for its exceptional heat resistance (HDT) and mechanical stability, making it ideal for printing functional prototypes, engineering models, and dental applications. The resin offers excellent hardness combined with sufficient toughness to prevent breakage, and allows for high detail resolution for precise miniatures or intricate jewelry pieces. It is optimized for DLP and LCD printers (such as the Phrozen Sonic series) with a wavelength of 385-405 nm and, thanks to its low viscosity (LV), is easy to process. Cure time typically ranges from 2 to 4 seconds per layer, depending on printer settings and layer thickness (25-100 µm). For optimal results, a UV curing unit (405 nm) with 10-20 mW/cm² should be used for 10-30 minutes. Safety precautions must be observed: always wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and work in a well-ventilated area as the resin can cause skin and eye irritation. After printing, models should be cleaned in isopropyl alcohol (>95%) and UV-cured to achieve maximum mechanical properties.
