Phrozen Jewelry Castable Resin Violet is a high-performance casting resin solution specifically engineered for the precise fabrication of jewelry items. This violet formulation offers excellent detail resolution, enabling the production of intricate structures essential for complex designs in the jewelry industry. The resin features moderate viscosity for easy pouring and stable adhesion to the build plate, along with excellent hardness that renders parts durable against damage during the casting process. It is ideal for use with 4K and 8K Masked Stereolithography (MSLA) printers in the 385 to 405 nm wavelength range, including Phrozen series devices. Curing times typically range from 2 to 5 seconds per layer, depending on layer thickness and light intensity. Post-printing, the resin requires thorough post-processing, including washing in isopropyl alcohol and curing under UV light to achieve final mechanical properties. The sintered parts burn out ash-free, leaving a clean casting mold. This resin is suitable not only for jewelry but also for dental applications and precision engineering. Safety notes: Always wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses during handling, and work in a well-ventilated area to avoid skin and eye contact as well as inhalation of fumes.
