Phrozen Standard ABS-Like Resin is a premium UV-curing resin designed for users requiring a material tougher than standard resins. Unlike conventional photopolymers, this ABS-like resin offers enhanced toughness and heat resistance, making it ideal for functional prototypes and mechanical parts. The resin features high resolution that captures fine details sharply, alongside a hardness profile that reduces brittleness and imparts slight flexibility to the printed object. It is compatible with most 405 nm DLP/LCD 3D printers and typically requires a layer curing time of 2 to 4 seconds. Post-processing involves washing in isopropyl alcohol and UV post-curing to achieve final mechanical properties. Suitable applications include engineering, dental models (not for long-term oral use), jewelry design, and detailed miniatures.
