BASF Ultracur3D EL 60 Transparent by Forward AM is a high-quality acrylate-based photopolymer specifically designed for printing flexible and elastic parts. With a Shore hardness of approximately 60A, this material provides an excellent balance between flexibility and dimensional stability, similar to soft rubber or silicone. The transparent color allows for the creation of translucent objects with fine details. Thanks to optimized rheology, the viscosity is low enough for reliable processing in common DLP and LCD/MSLA 3D printers (405 nm wavelength). The resin features high detail resolution, accurately reproducing complex geometries and intricate structures. Ideal applications include functional prototypes, gaskets, flexible casings, medical models, and artistic objects. Post-curing should be performed with UV light (395-405 nm) to achieve final mechanical properties. During handling, wearing safety glasses, gloves, and adequate ventilation is required as the resin can cause skin and eye irritation. After printing, parts should be cleaned in isopropyl alcohol to remove excess resin.
